Our In-House Dental Plan is an annual, reduced-fee dental program that enables individuals and families to receive quality dental services from Platinum Dental Care, Livonia, at a discounted rate. Please note that this is not an insurance plan and cannot be combined with any existing dental insurance.

Once the membership fee is paid, members are entitled to discounted rates for dental services for up to 12 months. Eligible members include spouses and dependent children under the age of 19, or full-time students up to 23 years of age. Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written request to the dental practice.
