Many of our patients are fortunate to have dental insurance benefits. As a courtesy, our staff will bill your insurance company for any procedures you have done. We kindly ask that your co-payment be paid at the time of your visit, unless prior arrangements have been made. Please keep in mind: your insurance may pay all, some or none of your bill. This is determined by your employer when they select your policy. Our office has no input into this decision. You are responsible for any balance nor covered by your insurance.
